Lavender Bakery & Bites: Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products, cancellations on the day of delivery cannot be refunded.

2. For cancellations, we require advance notice: 1 day for standard cakes and 2 days for large or special customised cakes. 

3. A 5% cancellation fee per order will be applied.

4. To cancel an order, customers must email us at lavv@lavenderbakeryandbites.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request,” including:

• Order ID

• Reason for cancellation

5. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 2-3 business days from the cancellation date.

6. Any refund amount will be credited as Lavender Credits to your account, usable for future purchases at Lavender Bakery & Bites.

7. Lavender Bakery & Bites reserves the right to modify, cancel, refund, or offer alternative solutions at our discretion.
