Nature of Products

As our products are perishable food items, refunds and returns are limited.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered if:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product damaged during delivery
• Product missing from order
• Order cancelled by Lavender Bakery & Desserts

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided
• Recipient unavailable
• Delayed delivery due to unavoidable circumstances
• Slight design or color variations in customized products

Reporting Issues

Customers must report issues within 2 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Description of Issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

Customized Orders

Customized cakes and personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of:

• Damage during delivery
• Incorrect order fulfillment
