Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, refunds may not be available for failed deliveries caused by recipient's unavailability.

Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Any issue regarding:

• Missing items
• Quality concerns

must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Customized Cakes & Personalized Orders

• Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Force Majeure

Risk & Ownership
